$99,000 Lien Reduction for Injured Worker with a Third Party Case!
An injured janitor and maintenance worker from Philadelphia severely injured his lower back and foot, both of which required surgery, when he fell into a large hole at work. The injured worker had been out of work and receiving wage loss benefits. The injured worker was represented by Jonathan Koutcher, Esq of Pearson Koutcher Law. Given the lien pay back and the reduced future benefits, Mr. Koutcher negotiated a settlement for the injured worker that was the equivalent of 13 years of benefits at the injured worker’s reduced benefit rate.
