$145,000 lump sum settlement for Philadelphia operating engineer

Thereafter, the Worker’s Compensation insurance company filed a petition to terminate the injured worker’s benefits.The settlement was negotiated over several months and in addition to receiving a substantial lump-sum settlement, the injured worker was able to preserve certain vested benefits including pension and long-term disability benefits.
