$148,000 lump sum settlement for Delaware County Union operating engineer!
A Delaware County Union operating engineer injured his knee requiring surgery. The injured worker was represented by Philadelphia Worker’s Compensation attorney Jonathan Koutcher of Pearson Koutcher Law. The employer filed a petition to terminate the injured worker’s benefits, alleging that the injured worker had fully recovered from his knee injury and could return to his time of injury position on a full duty basis. Mr. Koutcher defended the injured worker’s right to continued wage loss and medical benefits. During the litigation of the case, Mr. Koutcher was able to successfully negotiate a lump sum settlement for the injured worker.
