For the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018, as determined by the Department of Labor & Industry, based upon the Statewide Average Weekly Wage, the maximum compensation will be $1,049.00 per week for injuries that occur on or after January 1, 2019. To calculate the update to payments for medical treatment administered on or after January 1, 2019, the percentage of the Statewide Average Weekly Wage will increase by 2.3 percent.
