The results for the 2019 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list are in and workers’ compensation law firm Pearson Koutcher Law is proud to announce the selection of our partners and workers’ compensation lawyers, Eric Pearson and Jonathan Koutcher, to the PA Super Lawyers list for the 8th consecutive year! (2011-2019)
Super Lawyers, an exclusive list recognizing no more than 5% of lawyers in PA, is a research driven, peer influenced rating service honoring outstanding lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Attorneys throughout the state are selected through a process involving nomination, independent research, peer evaluation and final selection. Lawyers are not permitted to nominate themselves nor campaign but rather are nominated through third party feedback, by peers, being identified by the Super Lawyers research team or by a managing partner survey. Once a lawyer has made it into the candidate pool, research is conducted evaluating each lawyer’s professional achievements and peer recognition. Indicators such as award and honors, community service, outstanding achievements and bar association activity are all examined and graded on different levels. When research concludes, candidates are then evaluated by a panel of blue ribbon members of each specific practice area with final selection ensuing.
