On lucky Friday Sept 13th, partner Eric Pearson was honored to have been asked to join defense attorney, Mitchell Golding, in presenting Feast or Famine: The Most Interesting Commonwealth Workers’ Compensation Cases of 2019. This was a legal continuing education seminar, endorsed and accredited through the Philadelphia Bar Association. Eric provided the case perspectives from an injured worker’s lawyer position. The event was well attended, including other claimant attorneys, defense lawyers and most of the sitting Philadelphia hearing office’s Judges. Five cases were detailed, discussed and analyzed. There was tremendous involvement from the audience and the presentation was met with an extremely favorable response. In fact, Eric and Mitchell were asked to make the CLE an annual event.
