Eric B. Pearson, Partner
Eric B. Pearson, a partner with Pearson Koutcher Law, exclusively focuses his law practice on Workers’ Compensation matters through compassionate, competent legal representation of his clients. Together with his partner, they have been successfully assisting injured employees in Philadelphia and surrounding areas for two decades. Jon says that Eric is savvy, street-smart, a great negotiator, tenacious, exceptionally confident, focused, and someone you want on your side. To date, he has achieved a favorable result in the majority of the cases he has litigated.
Eric grew up in Cherry Hill, NJ, and attended Cherry Hill East High School. After graduating with a BA in Business Administration from the University of Delaware, Eric attended Widener University School of Law, graduating in 1994. Eric is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Delaware and is a member of the Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and Delaware Trial Lawyers and Bar Associations, the Delaware Bar Foundation, and the Philadelphia Association for Justice. He was selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014.
He and his wife and two children, Jack 13 and Zoe 10 live outside of Philadelphia. He enjoys spending time with his family, gardening and fishing. He’s a fan of all Philadelphia sports teams (particularly the Flyers). Eric has been a coach, on the Board of Directors, and a Commissioner of Lower Merion Little League and he coaches ice hockey for the Haverford Hawks.
