William S Ward earns his clients’ trust by developing a thorough understanding of their injuries and cases, and then litigating their claims to the best possible workers’ compensation awards. Having represented both Injured Workers and Employers, Will leverages his big-picture perspective to handle the full spectrum of claims – from physical and psychological injuries to the most complex occupational diseases.
The son of a litigator and a physical therapist, Will grew up immersed in the law and medicine, and he learned at a young age that the key to properly fighting for a case is the willingness to put in the time to find every crumb that will support his client’s claim. Professional, easy-going and engaging, Will particularly credits his natural temperament for litigation, as well as his understanding of medical records, terminology and procedures, for his success.
Will obtained a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Michigan State University and his Juris Doctorate from Penn State, and he is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Born and raised in Collegeville, Pennsylvania, today Will resides in Northern Liberties where he enjoys running on the Delaware River Trail, spending time with friends and family and cheering on the Eagles and the Sixers.
